You should start doing some exercises in early morning like running, walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming. Doing these exercise will help you to stay fresh and healthy. Exercises helps to burn that extra calorie that you have inside your body. Sports are another good option to prevent diseases and grow healthier.

Another factor that will lead to a good teen health is proper eating habits. Eating fresh green vegetables and lots of fruits will increase your body metabolism and in turn make you stronger and fit.

Teen health suffers because of some additions such as smoking and taking drugs. Hence what is needed is to eat healthy and think healthy as well. With the growing number of teen suicide, teens need to take proper care of their health and wellness.
